BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Jessica Rodriguez is an anointed Woman of God, called and commissioned by God, a respected prophet and
exercises a powerful, influential apostolic anointing and releases the glory and power of God everywhere she
goes through a strong prophetic and healing and miracle anointing and inspiring, accurate prophetic teaching gift.
She is also is also used by God to help ignite passion in the church and to pursue holiness. Supernatural
explosions of heaven often manifest in the atmosphere with tangible signs of glory and many being healed and
delivered. She teaches, trains, and equips believers how to live and move in the supernatural presence of God
and emphasizes that communion and intimacy with the Holy Spirit is vital for transformation in our lives. Her
vision is to reach the lost for Jesus Christ and to train them to do the greater works. The world is her church,
the lost-seekers, saved and delivered to the hi servants of God, blessed with an anointing from God. She was
born to carry the mandate of the Great Commission operating in an apostolic prophetic anointing, by preaching,
teaching and evangelizing and to make disciples for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for the mighty in gathering
of Souls. (Ephesians 4:1-32).
Dr. Rodriguez was called to ministry in 1995, and gradually established Dr. Jessica Rodriguez Ministries. In
2004, she earned her doctorate degree in Psychology and received three honorary doctorates in Divinity,
Literature and Humanities. She is also a credentialed Christian Educator, domestically and internationally. God
called her forth as a Seer Prophet and then ordained by Archbishop Danette Dean Scott in July 2004. She was
also set apart and consecrated a Bishop, Hope Fellowship, September 11, 2004, by A Ray of Hope Ministries
Christian Center. She was again set apart and Consecrated as a Bishop, June 23, 2006 by the International Full
Gospel Christian Alliance, Bishop John Blouin. She was then chosen and commissioned by God for the
Apostolic Ministry, September 2006. In the summer 2006 she attended Kingdom University and completed an
extensive Kingdom Program through Ambassador Dr. Cindy Trimm, Kingdom University. Dr. Rodriguez is a
woman who teaches and imparts the unadulterated Word of God and genuinely a passionate life long student of
scripture. She has held many kingdom assignments for all Five-Fold offices. She is the founder of Siloam Glory
Ministries, Schools, Counseling Ministry and planted a Celebrate Recovery program in the Sacramento area.
She is also an accomplished prophetic and revelational writer.
The Ministry is also a deliverance and healing Ministry and called by God to also establish the "Prison to
Purpose" program at the maximum-security prison, California Institution for Women since April 2004. The
services available to over 3000 is provided with a servants heart and is not paid by the Prison and continues
solely on the donations it receives. We also have been providing services at no cost to the Women's
Empowerment program, in Sacramento, CA., since May 2004, a program that works to rebuild and restore the
lives of homeless, addicted and/or mentally ill women, successfully re-integrating them into the mainstream of
society.
Dr. Rodriguez travels throughout California ministering the "Bread of Life" prophesying a word from God at
conferences as the Holy Spirit directs her. She releases a unique and extraordinary anointing that inspires this
generation to advance to the "cause" of giving their all to their King. She also ministers to churches, prisons and
meetings throughout California.
Dr. Rodriguez was instructed by God to establish Siloam Glory Ministries International in the summer of
2006, a global evangelism ministry aimed at equipping and igniting the Body of Christ. (Matt.28:19-20). We
have an active Internet ministry that lends to the needs of ministry leaders, in African Countries, India and
Russia. We extend endless hours of intercessory prayer, send bibles and other needs to support their ministry
needs. She plans to travel internationally for missions work in 2008.
Her story:
It was from 1980 through 1992 that she fell into great despair and hopeless with drugs, alcohol, homelessness
and incarceration. March 9, 1991, she was shot in the heart and left to die in an alley in Oakland, CA. While
hospitalized she also shares her encounter with God, a true visitation from Jesus, when her heart stopped. She
is known to share her encounter with God and His healing and breakthrough angels. Surely when people are
blessed with her testimony, a mighty level of faith is imparted in anyone who is blessed to hear her story. The
bullet remains in her heart this day.
At the age of 40, she surrendered her life to Jesus and was completely delivered from drugs and alcohol
February 16, 1992. She has also been a student of Celebrate Recovery, founded by Pastor John Baker and
Senior Pastor Rick Warren, Saddleback Church. She recommends the program to anyone with habits, hurts and
hang ups. God has placed her continually on the "Potter's Wheel" for her refinement to Glorify Him and for
His purpose alone! In 1995, she had a powerful life-changing encounter with the Holy Spirit, which set her on
a path to public ministry. In November 2005, Dr. Rodriguez was blessed to have served on the Joyce Meyer
ministry team for the Sacramento conference.
Her life story will do more than merely entertain you; it will inspire you to believe in a bigger God than you've

in Jesus, His vision, believing in His call upon my life, and forever refining of this website for many years. I
praise and thank God for my five children, Derrick, Andrew, Felicia, Shenelle, Lynelle and my two
grandchildren and many spiritual sons and daughters. I especially want to acknowledge my daughter in the
gospel and my Armor Bearer, Minister Deidre Clark. She has been and continues to be a Kingdom pillar for
this Ministry and a blessing to me. Words cannot express my love, respect and appreciation for her. Thank you
