SELLING THE WORD OF THE LORD!
When it comes to receiving a word from the Lord that changes your life, is there really a price to low or to high to
bless the Lord or ministry with?

Why should we donate finance for a prophetic word?
This is a question sometimes brought up by other Christians who do not understand the prophetic movement.
Many say that the gospel is free and spiritual gifts should be given freely. Several years ago when we were called
by God in the prophetic ministry, prophecy tapes and prophetic teachings were freely given to anyone who
wrote in to this ministry. Rarely would we receive "love" offerings but they never even came close to covering
the cost of tapes and shipping of the tapes. For the most part, the finance we never sent and or seeded back to
our ministry. The Lord has spoken to me many times reminding me that the gospel was not free that it cost the
life of Jesus. Jesus paid an ultimate price for our sin and debt. Strange as it seems, many people, even Christians
do not put value into things they receive freely. Our salvation is not free, it will cost you everything you are. We
exchange this life on earth for life eternal in Heaven.
If there is no truth in this ministry and if the Lord's hand is not in this ministry then why would anyone request
a prophecy tape from it? We have thousands of people who the Lord will have them to write in and request a
personal prophetic word for themselves and or others they know. When the Holy Spirit leads you to do
something, who can come against the presence of the Holy Spirit and say, "My theology does not line up with
that!" There must be a stirring of the spirit within that indicates the Lord's work in this ministry. We have
hundreds of testimonies that pour into this ministry weekly of the word of the Lord changing that persons life
forever. Giving offerings and tithes are acts of faith. Faith is one the spiritual gifts given by the Holy Spirit. By
blessing this ministry with an offering, you are blessing the Lord and His work. This ministry lives to do the
work of the Lord, always to please and Glory the Father, Almighty God, led and inspired by His Holy Spirit.
Also, there is a practical reason. Siloam Glory Ministries has enabled me to speak life changing words into the
lives of countless individuals, speak words of deliverance, healing, miracles, destiny, success, prosperity and
more! We have been blessed to inspire many people every day of our lives teaching the gift of prophecy, training
and equipping the saints. The teachings and testimonials we offer has inspired many people daily to request
personal prophecy tapes, prayer, and register for powerful anointed classes, workshops, clinics, conferences and
revivals. We welcome you to write in for a word from the Lord and watch and see if God will not open up the
windows of Heaven for you and pour down blessings that you can not even contain.
If you go to the local Christian bookstore to purchase a bible. You will probably pay up to $60.00 dollars for a
leather back Bible. This is selling God's holy Word that is freely given to all. If you ask them to please just give
you one of those bibles. They would say, "absolutely not." We simply ask only out of the love that you have
from the Father to bless this ministry. Can you really put a price or a minimum on hearing God's awesome
prophetic word that WILL change your life forever! Is He not worth given whatever we have to just hear Him
speak to us?
(Please remember to take the word of the Lord seriously. It is not for sale.)
THE PROPHETIC WORD OF THE LORD IS FREELY GIVEN BY GOD, BUT THE TAPES AND
SHIPPING ARE NOT. (THIS MINISTRY IS FINANCED ONLY BY YOUR LOVE OFFERINGS)
Many people ask, "Can I request a word from the Lord and have it sent to me on tape in the mail?"
God is Spirit. He is everywhere at all times. Their is no distance in the spirit with God. When the centurion ask
Jesus for healing for his servant, JESUS SENT OUT THE WORD THROUGH THE CENTURION BACK TO
THE SERVANT.
There are many people that do not live in an area where their are prophets or prophetic people. I have many
people send in testimonies to me in tears thanking God for the word of the Lord that they have received.
Whether you are in a church, conference, meeting or over the internet and across the world, God can still minister
the word of the Lord to you. No where in the Bible does it record that you have to be in the same room with a
prophet to receive the word of the Lord. God always wants to minister and speak to His people.
QUESTION:
I have had people ask me, "Dr. Rodriguez, Why would you ask for money to give a prophetic word?"
Last year Dr. Rodriguez on an average, spent 2-3 hours daily receiving calls from people across the globe
listening to people needing to share and expecting a word. They for the most part were continual callers, each
time expecting 30 minutes, even an hour. 99% of the people never sent in any offering. The ministry is a
business, it needs finance to operate. It is unacceptable to consider that all that we do can continue for free.
Can we provide a word at no cost to persons who have no finance? Absolutely, but it takes others who can and
are more than able to be generous in their giving, especially when seeking a prophetic word from an attested,
anointed and accurate prophet as Dr. Rodriguez.
ANSWER:
Very simple, ALL through the Old Testament, if you went to a prophet, you always carried a gift or an offering.
Not because you were trying to "buy" a word or that the prophet was trying to "sell" the word. It was simply
out of respect. To honor the "gift" (prophet) that God had given. Remember, it is all about God, not the person.
But God did say, " for the worker deserves his wages." Luke 10:07.
The Bible also says, "Give and it shall be given back to you."
"Does that make a prophet any better than everyone else?"
ANSWER: Not at all! We are all servants unto the Lord no matter what position or title we have. But the Bible
does say to "believe God's prophets so shall you prosper" and "touch not my anointed ones, do my prophets no
harm."
QUESTION:
"Do you always have a word from the Lord when someone writes in to you?"
ANSWER: 100% percent of the time, YES. Because the Bible says, "that the spirit of a prophet is subject (or to
the control) of the prophet." They are the mouthpiece of God to the body of Christ. To tell the people what
God is saying to them. When God speaks, it not might always be what we want to hear, but God desires to tell
us what He wants us to know about ourselves.
Could you imagine someone asking God to speak to them and God saying, " I don't feel like it" or "I just don't
want to." God said in His Word, "if you ask me for bread, I will not give you a stone." Another words, "if you
ask me to talk to you, It would be my delight to love all over you by speaking to you."
(THIS MINISTRY IS FINANCED ONLY BY YOUR LOVE OFFERINGS)
Remember that God loves you with an everlasting love. No matter who you are or what you are, HE WILL
NEVER STOP LOVING YOU BECAUSE HE CREATED YOU!!

"Having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief
cornerstone." Eph 2:20 (NKJV)
"And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for
the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ." Eph 4:11-12 (NKJV)
The office of the Prophet is different than the gift of Prophecy.
The spiritual gift of Prophecy is found in spiritual Gifts.
1 Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant:
2 You know that you were Gentiles, carried away to these dumb idols, however you were led.
3 Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can
say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.
4 There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.
5 There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord.
6 And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all.
7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:
8 for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same
Spirit,
9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit,
10 to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different
kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues.
11 But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.
1 Cor 12:1-11 (NKJV)
